Resolution: Our engineers made their way over to the premises quickly after this emergency call out, and after an initial assessment of the problem it was established that there had been a technical failure. The experienced engineer then had to unbag, straighten and realign the roller shutter curtain. Once this had been completed, the motor limits for the doorway had to be reset and tested. The client was delighted with the fix and the fact that there had been minimal disruption to their work.
